Summary
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Applicator to join our crew. This is a hands-on role where you'll make sure our signage looks spot-on and is fitted to the highest standard. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy seeing the end result of your work out on site, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Travelling to sites to apply vinyl, graphics, and other materials to signs with accuracy and care
* Working day or night shifts as needed to meet client deadlines
* Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
* Helping assemble signage components before installation
* Checking your work to make sure it meets spec and looks perfect
* Working with the rest of the team to hit deadlines and keep jobs moving
* Keeping your vehicle, tools, and workspace tidy and organised
* Following safety procedures and looking out for the team
What We're Looking For
* Practical experience with vinyl application and signage fitting
* Good with hand tools and confident using power tools
* Able to lift and handle larger panels or materials when needed
* Comfortable travelling and working flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends if required)
* Sharp eye for detail – you like things done right
* A team player with good communication skills
* Willing to learn and pick up new techniques on the job
