As a Commis waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You must have a passion for providing a service that is personal to each of our guests and the ability to interact confidently with them to ensure a fantastic experience at At Sloane. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented Preparing mise en place and setting up tables Working alongside the Head/Senior Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid.
