The primary focus of this position is in computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, Microsoft Office, and networking support.
This is a first-line support role involving network, hardware, and Microsoft software support. Responsibilities include managing software upgrades, basic PC maintenance, moving and installing PCs, and daily network and server checks.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, problem-solving, well-organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and knowledgeable in Microsoft products. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The role requires exercising judgment and creativity, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately. Opportunities for career development are available within the organization.
This is a full-time, permanent position with salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
Applicants must have a full, clean driving license and their own car.
Requirements:
* Education: College graduate or equivalent with computer operations certification such as Microsoft Certified Professional or similar. Additional IT qualifications are beneficial.
* Skills and Experience: Minimum of two years' experience with computers, including Windows OS and network infrastructure. Knowledge of hardware and software, especially Microsoft Windows/Office and Active Directory. Experience with Apple OS X is a plus.
