To be a good fit for this role, you should have 2+ years experience in packaging and submitting complex BTL / Commercial / Bridging Cases to Specialist Lenders.
The Opportunity
* Well-known, high-performing specialist Property Finance Brokerage seeks an experienced Specialist Case Manager for complex property finance deals.
* Focus on Commercial Mortgages, High-Value Portfolio BTL, Bridging, and Development Finance for engaged clients and seasoned investors.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex, high-value cases from placement to completion.
* Work with quality lenders and sophisticated clients.
* Place deals with specialist lenders.
* Drive cases through to completion.
* Manage lender, solicitor, and client relationships.
* Chase documentation and maintain momentum.
* Ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service.
Core Experience:
* 3+ years case management in specialist finance (commercial mortgages, portfolio BTL, bridging, development finance).
* Proven track record managing cases from initial submission to completion.
* Lender relationship experience—understanding lender operations and appetites.
* Experience with complex deal structures, including non-standard income verification, multi-property portfolios, or unconventional securities.
Technical Skills:
* Documentation mastery—identify missing items and chase efficiently.
* Compliance knowledge—understand FCA requirements, AML procedures, and due diligence.
* Systems proficiency—familiar with CRM platforms, lender portals, and case tracking systems.
* Financial analysis—review affordability calculations, rental yields, and LTV ratios.
