Profitable, market leader, designing and manufacturing innovative machined and pressed components and assemblies for a prestigious portfolio of international OEMs, distributors and end user customers.
Looking to appoint a high calibre, transformational Manufacturing Operations professional to lead them through a period of tremendous change, opportunity and growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a dedicated team covering manufacturing, engineering and purchasing, your task will be to introduce structural and cultural change within a traditional manufacturing environment, changing outmoded ways of thinking, encouraging open communication and initiative and leading a 50 strong workforce in the pursuit of greater profitability and performance.
