Requirements
The desired Trainee Teaching Assistant will:
1. Be compassionate, understanding and caring.
2. Be able to build positive relationships with children and young people.
3. Be passionate about improving the outcomes for children and young people.
4. Be flexible, proactive and a team player.
5. Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
