Questech are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Engineering Administrator.

The Person:
* Proven ERP System experience.
* Experience in a business ERP system
* Computer literate with various software packages
* Organisational skills to deal with paperwork and queries efficiently
* Effective verbal communication skills to speak to colleagues and suppliers.
* Literacy skills to understand information on documents
* Awareness of financial targets
* Working Knowledge of Office Environment
* Professional telephone manner.
* Proven track record of achieving targets
* Experience with Computer process systems
The Role:
* Quote and process quotations for spare parts orders using the company ERP system.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal bodies as necessary to manage processing of orders
* Ensure all customers purchase orders are in putted correctly into the ERP systems
* Procure all parts or services through the company ERP system.
* Work with the Materials Controller to ensure compliant shipment and execution or transit to the end user.
* Close out open sales orders through the Finance Department following the completion of dispatch and delivery.
* Manage the log of outgoing quotes/ PPM/ or up-grades and ensure timely follow up of enquiries
This role is working a Monday to Friday days pattern.
The salary is £25,000pa - £30,000pa dependant on skills and experience.
