A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Create, manage, and update work tickets and complete time worked on the issues
2. Assist clients with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of supported hardware, software, and services.
3. Escalate issues up the line to the Support Desk Manager for further action as required
4. Update Client information on internal systems
5. Respond to client enquires to find and fix their problems
