What is the opportunity?
The Chief Administration Office (CAO) provides support to our Client Facing Teams (CFT), driving success through three core principles: Protect, Sustain, and Grow. We safeguard client outcomes, enhance productivity, and create capacity for new business opportunities. Now, we’re seeking a motivated change professional to lead our client-facing transformation initiatives as a CAO Business Change Solutions Programme Manager.
What will you do?
* Lead large-scale change programs from planning to execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery.
* Own the portfolio of client-facing initiatives, spanning process improvements, operating model shifts, proposition launches, and service enhancements.
* Build and maintain a strategic roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with business and regulatory objectives.
* Collaborate with senior leaders across Wealth Management, Technology, Operations, and Risk to drive alignment and results.
* Define program structures, including milestones, dependencies, and business readiness plans.
* Measure success through KPIs, risk reduction, efficiency gains, and client experience improvements.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Proven expertise in program/portfolio management, with a track record of delivering complex change initiatives in financial services.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with delivery metrics, KPIs, and governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Nice-to-have
* Change management experience in wealth management.
* Professional qualifications (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).
