Job Description:
Join our Engineering Team at Telent as a NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician. You'll provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution in line with procedures and contractual KPIs. This role involves working on a 24/7 365-day shift rota.
What you’ll do:
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
* Action Service Requests.
* Assign tickets to support groups and service providers.
* Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
* Coordinate traffic management with relevant teams and providers.
* Communicate incident updates to customers.
* Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Who you are:
Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills across all levels.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
