YOUR NEW ROLE Updating NHBC scores weekly Send out live survey monitor weekly Assisting with answering incoming calls in to the Customer Care team Print off all maintenance job sheets /diaries weekly Closing and filling all maintenance job sheets weekly Assisting Inspections Manager with logging and booking in jobs Attending weekly meetings with inspections manager Helping assist with any letter drops / minutes. Typing up and send out weekly construction minutes. Printing out the build programmes weekly for Construction Director, Contracts Managers and send out to sites. Skills required: Must be able to communicate well at all levels, internally with the team and externally with customers and site managers. Must be organised and able to manage their own work load.
