Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Salhouse, Hoveton, North Walsham, and Rackheath.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will support a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs, by assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your personal and social life. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
