We are now looking for a proactive and hardworking Maintenance Operative/Labourer to join our team.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Operative/Labourer, you will support the smooth running of our facilities and projects, carrying out a variety of tasks that require general maintenance, labouring, and DIY skills. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone practical, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc.)
* Supporting engineering teams with labouring duties
* Assisting with the upkeep of workshop and site areas
* Moving materials, tools, and equipment as required
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Completing tasks in line with health and safety standards
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a maintenance, labouring, or similar role
* Strong practical DIY skills across a range of trades
* Clean valid driving licence (required)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good problem-solving approach and willingness to learn
* A positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
