What You'll do:
·Ensure a safe and efficient working environment across Vigo Centre
·Manage and optimise the maintenance schedule for all key assets
·Create dashboards to improve visibility of maintenance and energy usage
·Lead cost-reduction and energy-saving initiatives
·Reduce asset downtime and increase equipment availability
·Maintain accurate, accessible maintenance documentation for audits and reporting
