Job Description
The In-house Solicitor will be:
* Providing legal advice on securitisation transactions and related debt capital markets matters.
* Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including offering circulars and programme memoranda.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Managing external legal counsel and overseeing the legal aspects of transaction execution.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of legal strategies within the team.
The Successful Applicant
The In-house Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with 4 years' PQE in securitisation or structured finance.
* Experienced in advising on complex financial transactions within a banking or financial services environment.
* Proficient in drafting and negotiating legal documentation related to debt capital markets.
* Familiar with UK and EU regulatory frameworks governing securitisation.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
What's on Offer
Salary will be dependent on level of experience but estimated between £90-100k per annum, plus benefits. Hybrid working from Chester.
