FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

What will you be doing?
* Working from home, you will receive daily appointments via a tablet device. Your van will be stocked overnight by couriers.
* You will visit customers with prearranged appointments to carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and commissioning for warranty and contract customers.
* You will deliver excellent customer service and top-quality solutions.
* Full product training will be provided, and you should be confident in diagnostics skills.
Daily responsibilities:
* Visiting customer properties for diagnostics, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and annual servicing.
* Providing excellent customer service through effective communication.
* Managing your workload of daily appointments via a tablet device.
* Managing van stock by returning faulty parts, receiving new stock overnight, and organizing the van's rear load space.
About you:
To succeed, you should:
* Hold domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
* Have a Full Driving License.
* Have experience in servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas boilers.
