You Could Be Working With:
Learners with Autism (ASD), Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Moderate or Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), or complex needs
Early Years through to Post-16, depending on your experience and interests
Specialist teams, therapists, and support staff in collaborative, well-resourced settings
What Were Looking For:
Experience working in UK SEN environments is essential
QTS desirable but not essential
HLTA/instructor backgrounds also welcome
Someone who is adaptive, nurturing, and committed to inclusion
Strong communication skills and a student-centred approach
