What You'll Do
* Engage with existing and potential clients via phone and in-person meetings
* Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers
* Win new business through strategic negotiation and market insight
* Partner with clients to understand and solve their project challenges
* Conduct industry research to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For
* No prior experience in recruitment required
* Sales experience is ideal
* Bachelor’s degree (desirable but not essential)
* Energetic, confident, and highly motivated personality
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Clear personal and professional goals
