We're currently seeking experienced and ambitious Commercial Practitioner/Commercial Officer professionals to work with our client in a secure environment, supporting challenging projects.
These contract roles require security clearance prior to assignment. Opportunities are available in Manchester.
You will work across various internal projects and teams, cultivating relationships, determining workflows, creating commercial solutions, and ensuring the optimisation of activities through policy creation, audits, and data insights. You will showcase your skills on unique projects.
Demonstrate responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in your service. Support team members at all levels, facilitate fulfilment of goods and services, oversee contract delivery, monitor KPIs, and drive cost reductions. Employ exemplary standards in procurement, contract management, and operational excellence, demonstrating influencing, negotiation, and continuous improvement skills.
Build capability through knowledge sharing and mentoring. Approach challenges enthusiastically, address issues proactively, and identify new opportunities to enhance customer offerings.

Your qualifications, experience, skills, and behaviours:
Experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management, sourcing, commercial operations, supply chain, and invoicing.
Strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Knowledge of category management to achieve efficiencies and reductions.
Ability to prioritise complex tasks amidst competing criteria.
Ideally, experience in purchasing, bill management, and contract creation & management.
Commercial experience in technology or digital sectors.
Willingness to attain a professional qualification like CIPS Level 5.
Expertise in analysis and communication.
