Position: Major Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Major Accounts Manager to join our EMEA Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving market share growth through strategic business development across national and pan-European accounts. You will manage existing accounts, identify and close new opportunities, and lead tender processes to secure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and grow market share by targeting national and pan-European accounts.
2. Manage and expand existing customer relationships to increase unit sales.
3. Identify, prospect, and close strategic sales opportunities.
4. Lead and coordinate responses to national and European tenders.
5. Build strong internal and external relationships to support sales growth.
6. Collaborate with GE Finance, dealers, and aftermarket teams to maximize account potential.
7. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast with measurable targets.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent professional experience.
9. Proven track record in professional sales, particularly with major accounts or corporations.
10. Strong understanding of complex solution selling and structured sales approaches.
11. Experience in manufacturing or international environments preferred.
12. Skilled in business development, negotiation, and personal selling.
13. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
14. Experience with tender processes across national and European markets is advantageous.
