About the Role
This is a new role—and a rare opportunity to carve out your place in a fast-moving SaaS business.
We’re looking for someone ready to shift gears and grow into a career in Revenue Operations. You might have experience in a commercial support role—sales admin, marketing coordination, project support, or customer success—and now you’re ready for something more data-driven, more strategic, and more future-focused.
As our Revenue Operations Analyst in Bournemouth, you’ll play a key part in building the engine that powers our commercial success. You’ll sit at the centre of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—bringing people, systems, and insights together to help us scale smarter.
This is what you’ll be doing:
* Build and maintain dashboards that track sales performance, pipeline, and campaigns
* Get hands-on with data—spotting gaps, cleaning records, and improving CRM accuracy
* Collaborate with commercial teams to gather data and uncover what’s working (and what’s not)
* Contribute to forecasting and pricing experiments with clear and timely insights
* Support process improvement projects that make us faster, cleaner, and more effective
* Learn and grow fast—with access to tools, training, and ongoing mentorship
About You
You’ve already got your foot in the door somewhere—maybe in a sales team, customer support role, or business admin position. You understand how commercial teams work and want to go deeper into the systems and data that drive success.
You’ll fit this role if you:
* Have experience working in or alongside a commercial team (sales, marketing, operations, etc.)
* Enjoy working with spreadsheets and data—and are keen to develop your skills
* Want to move into a more technical or analytical role, even if you haven’t done that yet
* Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn tools like HubSpot or BI platforms
* Are organised, detail-driven, and confident working across teams
* This role doesn’t require years of experience—just the right mindset and a solid understanding of how commercial teams operate.
