About Our Client
My client is a leading manufacturing company based within central London offering hybrid working arrangements and other great benefits. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12- month fixed term contract.
Job Description
3. Oversee the entire payroll process and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
4. Coordinate with HR to validate and update employee records.
5. Manage the calculation and payment of statutory deductions.
6. Prepare payroll reports for management review.
7. Monitor payroll system updates and upgrades to ensure accuracy.
8. Responsible for year-end reporting and reconciliation.
9. Lead and manage a payroll team to achieve departmental goals.
10. Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
11. Experience in managing international payroll.
12. Previous management experience essential.
13. Must have ADP knowledge.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
15. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
16. High attention to detail and accuracy.
