We’re looking for a hands on Sales Director to take full ownership of the cyber security sales function and turn it into a high growth engine. This isn’t a 'manage from the sidelines' role; you’ll be in the trenches, leading from the front, closing deals, and building a team around you as you scale.

The Role
* Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high value deals
* Lead from the front: generate pipeline, pitch, negotiate and close
* Build, hire and scale a high performing sales team as revenue grows
* Design and implement sales processes
* Leverage your industry network to unlock immediate opportunities
* Shape the GTM strategy alongside leadership
* Bring extensive cyber security expertise to position complex solutions with credibility

* Proven track record of closing deals in the cyber security or MSSP space
* Strong network of senior decisionmakers you can tap into from day one
* Experience owning and managing the full sales cycle
* Ability to operate independently — no hand-holding, no excuses
* Experience building teams and sales functions from scratch or scaling rapidly
