This role exists to migrate existing Three customers to Vodafone, ensuring seamless transitions and delivering exceptional customer experiences. It focuses on upselling and cross-selling to SOHO customers (up to 9 employees), driving revenue growth and margin improvement while supporting VodafoneThree’s commitment to innovation and customer-first values.
What you’ll do
* Retain end-of-contract customers by recommending appropriate products and services across our brands and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
* Deliver outstanding customer service across voice, chat, and WhatsApp channels.
* Maintain expert knowledge of VodafoneThree products and services.
* Use CRM tools (Amdocs, Salesforce, HALO) to manage interactions and track performance.
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Who you are
* Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (SIMO, Handsets, Business Broadband)
* Customer service experience with problem-solving focus
* Experience working towards KPI's
* Familiarity with CRM systems
