This is not just a front-of-house role, it’s a business-critical position where you will be the face and heartbeat of the office, setting the tone from the moment guests walk through the door. Perfect for someone coming from luxury hospitality, cabin crew, yachting or a polished corporate investment setting, looking to step into investment and build a long-term career.
You’ll sit at the centre of a dynamic, ambitious team, working closely with EAs, the Office Manager and Operations, gaining exposure and responsibility from day one.
The Role
* Acting as a true 5-star ambassador, delivering an exceptional meet-and-greet experience for clients, investors, HNWIs and VIP guests
* Running the front of house with precision from immaculate presentation of reception and meeting rooms to seamless guest coordination
* Handling the switchboard, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed professionally
* Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, couriers, taxis and travel arrangements
* Supporting EAs and the wider team with overflow admin, including diary support, document prep and ad hoc coordination
* Liaising with facilities, IT, cleaning and external suppliers to ensure the office runs flawlessly
* Assisting with office events, team coordination and day-to-day operational support
About You
* 3-5 years’ experience in a high-end, client-facing environment
* 5* hotel, corporate reception, cabin crew, yachting or similar
* Impeccable presentation and communication skills
* A warm, polished and professional at all times
* Naturally organised, proactive and calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting
* A genuine team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile
* Confident juggling multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A keen interest in investment/finance and a desire to work as a career Receptionist in the investment industry
