About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Workshop Controller to join our Nottingham FordStore team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing workshop activity, ensuring efficiency, and supporting our technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You'll play a key role in coordinating daily workloads, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards, and helping us provide the excellent customer experience Sandicliffe is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the daily flow of work within the workshop.
* Allocating jobs to technicians based on skills and availability.
* Monitoring efficiency, productivity, and quality of repairs.
* Liaising with service advisors to keep customers updated.
* Supporting the team in meeting performance targets.
* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive workshop culture.
