DUTIES
Cover telephone reception
Manage clinics for Service; both face to face and telephone review. Creating clinic lists and ordering files if/when required
Accept and upload Service’s incoming referrals
Process referral information
Create, maintain and archive electronic patient files.
Criteria
5 GCSEs including Maths and English
Admin Experience will be required and Encompass knowledge would be preferred
