Lead client account growth and retention to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets. Oversee financial forecasting, billing, departmental spend, and reconciliation to ensure budget compliance. Develop and enhance the event's value proposition, including new ideas and innovations. Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure a strong, unified event proposition. Attend industry events to promote the brand, build relationships, and generate leads. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and payment procedures. Provide proactive leadership with a revenue-first, hands-on management style.
