Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Post 16 who is passionate about making a real difference. You will develop Post 16 provision with community and enterprise at the heart, advance our "Get Them a Job" mission, lead and support the pastoral care and welfare of Sixth Form students, and contribute to significant school improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Post 16 provision with community and enterprise at the heart and advance the "Get Them a Job" mission.
* Lead and support the pastoral care and welfare of Sixth Form students.
* Provide leadership and support to the Post 16 provision team.
* Oversee academic, pastoral and social progress of all pupils in the Sixth Form.
* Lead careers education and manage the higher education application process.
* Contribute to the Trust Leadership Team and drive significant school improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified, highly experienced, and exceptional teaching practitioner with leadership experience in a curriculum or pastoral role, or both.
Track record of improving the quality of education and measurable school improvement outcomes.
Strong leadership and communication skills, caring and positive attitude.
Willingness to take on significant responsibility and ability to inspire others.
