Overview
We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Loughborough. You will support to keep a number of local, varied grounds in wonderful condition through grass cutting (pedestrian and ride-on mower), strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

* Strimming, pruning, weeding, and shrub and border maintenance
* Litter picking and other related horticultural duties
Qualifications and Experience
* Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Previous grounds maintenance experience is required; ride-on mower experience would be an advantage
* Full valid UK driving licence
* PA1 and PA6 licences are desirable
* Experience using powered grounds maintenance machinery is desirable
