Job Title: Research Manager Location: Head Office – Bingley (with off-site trial work) Reporting To: Research Operations Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45–17:00 (1-hour lunch break) Salary: £35,000 per annum Job Purpose The Research Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing client research projects to ensure they meet objectives effectively and profitably. This role involves the dissemination of project outcomes across internal teams and wider audiences via conferences, papers, advisory materials, and articles. The Research Manager will also play a key role in identifying and developing new R&D clients, services, and market opportunities to expand the organisation’s offerings. Working both independently and collaboratively with other Research Managers, the post-holder will manage their own team—guiding, training, and supporting team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.
