We are currently recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. The purpose of this role is to support centralised FP&A operations, enabling timely decision-making and contributing to the development of financial planning and analysis processes across the organisation.
Our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting the business through robust financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, ensuring transparency, control, and strategic insight.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
* Supporting the Revenue S&OP process across various revenue streams and geographies.
* Assisting with financial forecast cycles including Latest View, Budget, and ad hoc projections.
* Supporting month-end FP&A processes such as departmental reporting, variance analysis, and budget holder engagement.
* Partnering with budget holders to understand assumptions and assist with re-forecasting.
* Contributing to FP&A systems development and sharing knowledge to maximise system utility.
* Performing ad-hoc tasks to support business and FP&A priorities.
We are looking for:
* A newly qualified CIMA/ACA professional with experience in both financial and management accounting.
* Experience using finance ERP/forecasting systems (e.g., IFS, Workday Adaptive Planning).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
* A detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of working under pressure.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or high-tech manufacturing industry is advantageous.
