4. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal standards.

7. Liaise with the client and customer for process updates
8. Handle administrative duties related to operational tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Analyst should have:
9. A degree in something Business related, Economics or Computing
10. Proficiency in using office software and reporting tools and Excel
11. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
12. Strong communication skills
13. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
