Requirements
* Provide high‑quality treatments for clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
* Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.
* Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.
* Have the ability to work with sales targets.
* Ensure all client records are up to date pre and post‑treatment.
* Maintain and clean all machines.
Qualifications and Skills
* Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
* Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired but not required).
* Team player who works collaboratively.
* Positive and friendly attitude with clients.
* Attention to detail when dealing with client records.
* Excellent standards with regards to client experience.
