Join Our Team as a Casual Support Worker - Positive Behaviour
Location:
Birchington-on-Sea, Kent
Pay Rate:
£12.21 per hour. Additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
Hours:
Zero hours, working flexibly with shifts between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Contract:
Casual contract.
Driving Requirement:
A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.
Right to Work:
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. No skilled worker visas are available for this role.

* Mental Health
* Behaviours that Challenge
* Trauma Informed Care
* Autism and Learning Disabilities
* Positive Behaviour Support
About You
Are you someone who enjoys making a difference in others’ lives? Do you have a calm, caring, and resilient nature? If so, we want to hear from you! We seek individuals who can stay calm under pressure, are enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable handling challenging behaviours. A manual UK driving license is required, and comfort with driving alternative vehicles is a plus.
What will you be doing?
* Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meals, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Getting to know the individuals, understanding their needs, and supporting their independence.
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration.
* Social Engagement: Supporting participation in activities, social events, and hobbies.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring respectful, dignified, and equal treatment for all individuals and their families.
