Hiring: Care Coordinator – Complex Care Location: Heywood, Greater Manchester (Travel across Lancashire Region) Salary: Up to £30k basic plus on-call allowance & quarterly bonus We’re recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator to join a specialist Complex Care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ own homes. This is a dynamic role where you’ll manage complex care packages, coordinate care teams, and ensure services are delivered safely and effectively.
