Throughout the academic year, we work to supply schools with teachers looking to take on longer-term assignments, including maternity leave cover, job share arrangements, and PPA teaching positions. Your new role
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across year groups that suit your teaching style and experience
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress
* Ensure continuity of learning through planning, teaching and assessment
* Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain consistency during teacher absences
* Handle classroom behaviour with confidence and encourage respectful interactions
* Adapt to different school cultures and teaching frameworks
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong classroom management and a proactive, flexible approach
* Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
* Confidence in navigating varied teaching environments and expectations
* Prior experience in primary education settings
