Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our in the office sites. Please note that during your first 2-3 months, during your induction period, you'll be expected to spend more time in our Birmingham office for training purposes.

Business Banking Relationship Team
, where we're passionate about supporting businesses and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This team is focused on deepening relationships with high-value Business Banking clients through a pooled Relationship Management model. You'll play a key role in helping Business & Commercial Banking achieve its ambition to be the best bank for businesses - by proactively supporting clients with their growth plans and bringing the full breadth of the bank's expertise to them.
As a
Business Banking Relationship Manager
you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class experience to a pooled set of clients. Your focus will be on retaining business, rebuilding trust, supporting client ambitions, and maintaining strong risk disciplines.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Supporting business clients with complex lending needs, including Secured & Unsecured Term Loans, Cashflow & Working Capital, Invoice & Asset Finance, FX and Payment solutions.
* Owning and growing a portfolio of Business & Commercial Banking clients, ensuring retention and deepening relationships.
* Proactively identifying opportunities to introduce more of the bank's proposition to clients
* Maintaining a tailored contact strategy to ensure consistent and meaningful engagement.
* Championing change by adopting new tools and ways of working that enhance both client and colleague experiences.
* Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the success of the wider function.
