We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Administrator to join our team at Lifeplus-Europe.

Your Role
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our network by building relationships, resolving complex queries, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone using our Puzzel ticket management software
* Maintain a proactive, flexible, and positive approach when handling customer requests
* Develop relationships with customers to achieve high levels of retention
* Contribute to the ongoing development of Lifeplus Customer Care and the wider business
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in both oral and written English and German. You should also be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Working Arrangements
This role involves a mix of home and office working, with a requirement to commute to our St Neots office. You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including five-week rotational shifts.
