Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: up to £42,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: 36 hours

This well-established home, rated GOOD by the CQC, provides exceptional, person-centred care for elderly and frail residents. With a supportive management structure and a close-knit team, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to step into a rewarding leadership role.
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, leading a dedicated care team, and utilising modern technology and facilities to enhance resident wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and oversee high-quality clinical care for all residents
* Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
* Lead, motivate, and develop the care team
* Manage and coordinate shifts effectively
* Uphold compliance with CQC and company standards
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (Active NMC PIN)
* Previous experience within a nursing home environment
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role
