A well:established and design:focused architectural practice is currently seeking a talented and ARB:registered Architect to join its expanding team in Cambridge. The practice is renowned for delivering sustainable and thoughtful architecture and operates across various sectors, including education, healthcare, culture, and residential.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high:quality projects, contributing to both the creative and technical aspects of schemes. This will involve collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams from concept through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing concepts into detailed proposals
* Involvement in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1:6
* Coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
* Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and construction standards
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
* Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high:quality design
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork
* Managing workload across multiple projects with confidence
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
* ARB:registered Architect
* Proven experience within a UK:based architectural practice
* Strong design skills and the ability to develop concepts into detailed proposals
* Proficiency in Revit
* Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction standards
