Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Location: Chester (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract Type: Initial contract with potential extension

Join a high-performing banking banking team supporting top-tier institutional and corporate clients across EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll be at the heart of post-trade operations, driving innovation and delivering best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the dedicated operational contact for a portfolio of priority clients.
* Support clients through onboarding, confirmation, settlement, and post-settlement processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Trading, Credit, OCRM, SRM) to resolve client queries and ensure smooth trade lifecycle management.
* Drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives.
* Represent the team in internal and external forums, presenting performance data and insights.
* Contribute to strategic goals aligned with the 5 Pillar strategy and Global Markets objectives.
