Our team members are the core of our stores worldwide, bringing passion and dedication to ensure an exceptional customer experience. From helping customers select shoes to styling outfits, your primary responsibility is to make sure customers enjoy their time with us.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with customers, educating them about products, and building rapport.
4. Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and following security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
