Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking to recruit a permanent Senior HR Advisor to join their busy HR team, based at their Belfast head office with regular travel to other sites across Greater Belfast.

- including investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases Generate and analyse HR reports Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures Champion the employer brand and contribute to HR projects and initiatives The Person: 3rd level qualification plus 2 years' recent, relevant HR generalist experience, OR 5 years' experience in a similar HR generalist role Strong experience in employee relations and up-to-date knowledge of employment law Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Current driving licence and access to a vehicle Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines The Reward: Competitive salary package Permanent full-time role (Mon-Fri) Hybrid working
