Job Title - Lettings Administrator Location - Edgbaston Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 Start Date - ASAP A highly successful, award winning, and reputable, multi-branch estate agent is looking for an efficient Lettings Administrator. The ideal candidate experience working in administration on the lettings side of Estate Agency. They will enjoy being part of a fun as well as professional team, and have the drive to progress. Salary and Benefits • Good starting salary, up to £25,000, depending on experience (Negotiable for the right person) • On Site Parking Space • Company Laptop • Company Mobile Phone (new) •20 Days Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays • 24-hour use of the company gym, showers, changing rooms and communal space • Free coffee and tea facilities including Latte, Mocha, Flat White, etc. all day, every day • Comprehensive Bupa health and dental insurance after 2 year's service • Opportunity to enter the company bonus scheme after 2 years service Job Role (in brief ) Daily liaison with tenants, landlords Dealing with questions, and providing updates. Conducting and processing Credit checks for applicants Having eye for detail and updating personal data on in house systems Taking calls and dealing with general enquiries Updating of specified areas of the property management database Arranging inventory check in and out reports. Any other duties as reasonably required from time to time. Preparing the key release for move ins, Tenancy agreements, standing order mandates and right to rent checks Position Requirements • Minimum of 6 months experience working in property • Proficient on property technology and property management applications • Good general knowledge of Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston areas • Willingness to work as a team and assist other team members • Ability to work on your own effectively • Smart, proactive, enthusiastic, and confident when in an office and public environment • Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment • Competent with MS Office, outlook, and property management software • Excellent telephone manner • Competent representing the company with clients •Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work If you are interested in learning more about this opportunities, simply apply and we will reach out to you for a relaxed chat.
