We are looking for a Client Experience Advisor to join The PX & Shared Ownership Hub in Nottingham.
As a Client Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the property sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you’ll support both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process - ensuring a seamless experience and building strong relationships with all parties involved.
Working as a Client Experience Advisor you will receive:

Working hours
Alternating working pattern. Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Week 2 - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
One in Three Saturdays (9am to 3pm) or Sundays (10am to 4pm) as per a rota paid as overtime.
Main Accountabilities & Key Objectives:
8. Manage a portfolio of property sales from pre-market listing through to legal completion
9. Respond to all sales enquiries and purchaser applications in line with agreed SLAs
10. Log all activity within CRM systems (., Agent OS), maintaining accurate and timely records
11. Oversee performance of marketing agents and suppliers to ensure effective property exposure and timely sales
12. Keep all stakeholders informed at every stage of the process, maintaining transparency and trust
13. Ensure accurate invoicing on exchange and maintain full audit trail for all transactions
14. Close files post-completion with all documentation and compliance actions fulfilled
15. Provide excellent service to both clients and buyers to promote long-term business relationships
16. Attend regular client meetings and report on portfolio activity
17. Monitor property listings for accuracy and presentation on portals
18. Work towards and contribute to individual and team financial targets
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
19. Previous experience in the property sector, particularly in estate agency or new build homes
20. Familiarity with the Shared Ownership purchase process, including HCA calculators and share percentages
21. Strong understanding of the property sales and conveyancing process
22. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
23. A natural relationship builder with great customer service abilities
24. Ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritising effectively
25. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
26. Negotiation skills and commercial awareness are highly desirable
