Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional social work service to adults at risk of abuse or neglect, ensuring compliance with safeguarding legislation.
* Lead and coordinate multi‑agency Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, adopting a person‑centred approach in line with the Care Act.
* Develop, implement, and review adult protection plans tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
* Collaborate with partner agencies, stakeholders, and professionals to mitigate risks and achieve positive outcomes.
* Manage a varied caseload and duty responsibilities efficiently, maintaining accurate records on social care electronic systems.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and partner agencies to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
* Participate in professional supervision and continuous learning to maintain and enhance practice standards.
