Experienced Pastry Chef- Modern British Dining, 2 Rosette, Brentford
We are currently recruiting for an experienced pastry Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As pastry chef would will be based in Brentford, you will manage the pastry section ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.
You must live in West London for this role

The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef will have the following:
- Solid experience as a pastry chef in a fresh food kitchen
- Rosette restaurant experience and passion
- 2 years in a similar kitchen
- Eager to learn
- Can do attitude & team player
- Punctual and proactive
- Confidence to run a section
- Fully flexible on shifts
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
