Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist / Reprographics Operator to support the day-to-day operations within the Paragon Print Hub, supporting the delivery of outsourced print services to a diverse customer base. This role is critical to ensuring production excellence, SLA compliance across multiple shifts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service performance and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Hours - Afternoon/Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm Your main duties would include: * To be responsible for providing operational support to Production Manager in all services within the print room. * To ensure relevant service levels are met. * To ensure all quality control procedures are adhered to maintain a high level of quality for clients. * To set up and operate digital colour/mono print production devices to an advanced level of proficiency, including small format and large format devices. * To operate finishing equipment to a high standard, including booklet finishing, folding, mounting, laminating, binding and trimming. * To perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on devices. * Implement stock control procedures set out by Production Manager. * To support colleagues and work as a team to achieve the best results for clients. * To be responsible for managing workflow tickets via workflow platform from submission to delivery to customer. * To provide quotes and answer customer queries. * Responsible for tracking own activities and report to daily to PM. * To wear the correct PPE as required and responsible for complying with health and safety site operational procedures. Skills and Attributes we are looking for * Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. * Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills. * Demonstrated a proactive approach to work and an eye for detail. * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. * Experience of working under pressure and meeting tight customer deadlines. * Strong experience of pre-flighting files, imposition software such as Fiery and Caldera, or similar. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. * High level of attention to detail and commitment to service quality. * Flexible and responsive to changing customer or production requirements.
