About the Role You'll report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for leading evening operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and deputising in their absence. The restaurant operates a premium, unhurried service style focused on guest interaction and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Oversee the restaurant's front-of-house operation during service hours (6:30pm-1:30am). Deliver a premium, personalised guest experience in a relaxed, high-end environment. Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to uphold luxury standards. Manage reservations, billing, and guest feedback effectively. Maintain health, safety, and licensing compliance. What's on Offer Competitive base salary of £42,120 plus ~£5,000 tronc and extra cash tips. 40-hour contract, with overtime paid at time and a half. Formal black suit uniform provided.
